Job Responsibilities

  • Drives and develops strategic ways to achieve Store Sales target, Sales Growth targets and Profitability in the area of responsibility.
  • Builds a stable team by fostering culture of open communication, cooperation and teamwork.
  • Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure each location meets financial targets.
  • Recruit and mentor restaurant supervisor and staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards
  • Proposes training and development for Store Officers that will improve their skills and capabilities in managing the store.
  • Supervises and ensures Store officers and their team members perform the highest standards in customer service, food safety and quality, and store cleanliness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with mall management, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, operational guidelines, and promotional activities.
  • Ensures the overall up keep and maintenance of equipment and furniture of stores under jurisdiction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any relevant field.
  • At least five (5) years of managerial function in retail or service management experience, preferably in restaurant environment.
  • Advanced leadership skills to inspire, mentor and encourage store-level managers to reach monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Ability to identify and quickly respond to problems in the areas of employment, sales target, cost reduction, administration and other operation related concerns.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
