DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the management in implementing a shared vision for the organization and establishing an environment that facilitates and motivates employees in working toward achievement of operational and company goals.
  • Oversees the implementation of the plans, strategies and forecasts for the branch. Reviews strategies to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
  • Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the branch activity.
  • Planning, evaluating and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Ensures that the branch fully complies with existing operating guidelines/standard operating procedures.
  • Conducts scheduled and unscheduled branch visits and surprise checks in branches within your area.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Reviewing overall expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities, when deemed necessary, to the Branch Managers to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties that management may assign from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or any related field.

· Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
