About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Banana Leaf Asian Cafe locations in the Q.C., Northern Luzon, Makati, Manila, and Ortigas areas. As our Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable management of multiple restaurant sites, while also driving growth and maintaining our brand standards. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Banana Leaf Asian Cafe locations, including staffing, inventory, and financial oversight
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and food quality across all sites
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability, and growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and motivate a team of Site Managers, providing coaching and support as needed
  • Liaise with the central management team to share insights and support the overall business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar area management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a multi-site environment
  • Thorough understanding of the Metro Manila restaurant market and industry best practices
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant business software and technology
