Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1, N2, or N3; open to both native and non-native speakers)
  • English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role
  • Strong Keigo (敬語) skills for professional and polite communication in Japanese
  • Willingness to work onsite
