We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, handling payment transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client policies—all while communicating effectively in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Communicate with Japanese and English-speaking vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and clarify billing details.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles (BPO or shared services experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Must have a Permanent Visa or Visa13A

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
