About the role

Siccion Holdings Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies needed for manufacturing and logistics operations
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including invoices, delivery notes, and stock levels
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimise supply chain disruptions
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function

What we're looking for

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to Apply
  • Graduate of any 4-year Course/Civil Engineer
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or errors in procurement documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
