JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Seek vendors that offer a combination of quality products and services at an acceptable price level, availability and delivery schedule.

  • Assist in the assessment of the suppliers and maintains records of accredited suppliers.

  • Knows how to create email to client or supplier.

  • Reviews and select qualified supplier and prepares Purchase Oder (PO) and purchases the items or service.

  • Follows up with the suppliers about the undelivered items.

  • Monitors any corrective action performed by the supplier.

  • Assists the Purchasing Head in the preparation of documentation requirements.

  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
