
Administrative Assistant

Responsible for preparing and retrieving new contracts, maintaining and archiving lease history for each account, and providing support to the Sales team by ensuring that all necessary collaterals are available.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process lease documents — proposals, SAP entries, contracts, notices of advance deposits, and undertakings — with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and update the status of lease documents to ensure execution and prompt collection of deposits.
- Draft correspondence, requisitions, memoranda, and reports to support smooth business operations.
- Handle calls, messages, and lessee inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate team appointments and meetings.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies, photocopying, and document scanning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Commerce, Media Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong business math skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
