Accounts Receivable Administrator: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to monitor rent collection on a constant basis
  • Ability to check Yardi and Clickpay for rent payments
  • Contact and follow up with tenants with delinquent account balances throughout the month
  • Ability to communicate with tenants about their balances on a high level
  • Providing back up information to explain balances
  • Communicate with the accounting team about payments
  • Report on rent collections in order to substantiate and quantify collection efforts
  • Communicate issues with tenants and prep information to commence non-pay legal proceedings

Qualifications:

  • Accounts Receivable Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Property Management Experience: Experience within the property management or real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Property Management Software: Proficiency with specific platforms like Yardi, MRI, Appfolio, and Buildium

Skills & Qualities

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  • Accounting Principles: Knowledge of basic accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
