The role will focus on support inbound/outbound for both facility and clinician stakeholders on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be heavy on customer service and managing clinician and facility inbounds with a focus solely on the East Coast market.

  • Clinician inbounds for off-hours support: support all inbounds to help troubleshoot issues with the app, backfilling cancellations and no shows, and sending text and email campaigns for clinician coverage

  • Salesforce Cases - support Operations for submitting tickets to our technical and support teams for a variety of troubleshooting areas

  • Shift Disputes- support Operations in verifying clinician shift times and using internal geotracking software for validation

  • Clinician Quality- support tracking of clinician reliability metrics and flag clinicians that are at-risk for future scheduled shifts and identify better backfills
