About the Role

Strategic Office Support, Inc. partners with U.S. healthcare providers to deliver reliable and professional back-office support. As a Healthcare Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for clinics and healthcare teams in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to U.S.-based healthcare providers.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Perform healthcare-related tasks such as insurance verification, claims, billing, and eligibility checks.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background preferred but not required).
  • Flexible to work U.S. business hours and rotating schedules.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
