What You'll Do

  • Assist U.S. healthcare clients with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and empathetic service.
  • Maintain and manage healthcare-related documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 1–5 years of experience in the BPO industry or healthcare support is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift or U.S.-based schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Employment Details

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Night shift | May include weekends and overtime
