Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

We specialize in high-quality crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, retainers, and nightguards — offering unmatched turnaround times, competitive pricing, and full-service support for dental clinics nationwide.

We're hiring a Dental Onboarding & Retention Specialist to ensure every new clinic that tries Snap transitions smoothly into a long-term client.

You'll be the main point of contact for newly onboarded dental offices — calling, texting, and emailing doctors or office managers daily to help them through their first few cases, answer questions, and keep them sending consistently.

This is a relationship-heavy, communication-driven role that requires persistence, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new clinics that begin working with us
  • Guide clinics through the onboarding process and ensure they continue sending cases.
  • Track activity and follow-up schedules in Airtable (training provided).
  • Answer questions about our products, turnaround times, and case requirements.
  • Communicate with internal lab teams to resolve questions or issues quickly.
  • Keep detailed notes on each clinic and send daily progress updates.

Requirements

  • Dental industry experience required - one of the following:
  • Dental lab, dental office, or dental BPO experience
  • Familiarity with crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, or implants
  • Excellent English (clear, confident, professional).
  • Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, Airtable, or similar tools.
  • Must be available full-time during U.S. hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
  • Laptop, Strong WiFi, and good microphone
