We're a rapidly growing dental lab working with dentists across the U.S. Our focus is on delivering high-quality crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant restorations with speed, consistency, and unbeatable service. Our backend is powered by modern systems—but we still rely on sharp human eyes to make sure cases are processed properly.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with strong dental knowledge to join our team as a Case Intaker. This is a high-accuracy, detail-focused role where you'll be reviewing and inputting case information (e.g., tooth numbers, material, shade, margin, due date) into our internal tracker.

You'll also help with remake coordination, basic case reviews, and eventually monitoring automations as they go live. Over time, parts of this job will become automated—but we'll still rely on you to oversee quality and resolve exceptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake new cases by reviewing scans, RX forms, and dentist notes
  • Log case data into our tracking system accurately (Airtable)
  • Ensure all necessary metadata is present (tooth #s, material, shade, bite, opposing, etc.)
  • Flag missing or unclear info and follow up internally
  • Help coordinate and monitor remakes with labs and account managers
  • Double-check case formatting and naming conventions
  • Eventually oversee Zapier automation and catch errors

Requirements:

  • Must have dental knowledge (assistant, hygienist, dental office background, or strong industry familiarity)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable with digital systems (Google Drive, Airtable, basic tech)
  • Willing to work U.S. hours (flexibility preferred)
