Credit and Collection Officer

The Credit and Collection Officer shall provide leadership and guidance to a team of Field Credit Officers in managing loans portfolio in Tarlac, Nueva Ecija and Metro Manila. Specifically, the incumbent is expected to perform the following functions in the key functional areas of:

Credit

  1. Process and Evaluate business loan applications
  2. Schedule conduct of Credit Investigation for business loan applications

Collection

  1. Lead and direct performance of Field Credit Officers to meet collection targets
  2. Monitor performance of new loan releases and conduct early collection reminders to prevent past due loans
  3. Handle past due loans according to the company policy within the prescribed timeline
  4. Manage the schedules, performance and deliverables of the Field Credit Officers

Legal Accounts

  1. Prepare the required documentation for endorsement of past due accounts to legal

This position is based in Pasig City, some travelling may be required (5%).

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year experience in credit evaluation of business loans (SME)
  2. At least 2 years experience in collections
  3. At least 1 year experience in people handling
  4. Familiarity with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Applications
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Has the ability to multi-task
