Job Summary:

The Credit & Collection Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing the company's accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments. This role requires maintaining effective communication with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and safeguarding all collection-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track outstanding invoices and monitor receivables by customer to ensure timely payments.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients and the Accounting Department.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or reminders to customers regarding pending payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of collection records until full payment is received.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer disputes or account discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and account activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
