
Sales Admin Officer

The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of SC Med Partners' administrative, sales, and distribution functions. This role combines office-based administrative responsibilities with fieldwork, including account management, marketing support, stock delivery, and customer relationship management. The Administrative Officer will also assist with financial monitoring, collections, and reporting to contribute to the company's overall growth and operational efficiency.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day office operations, records, correspondence, and schedules.
- Provide administrative support to management, customers, and staff.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain accounts to achieve and exceed target sales within the assigned territory.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote products and services.
- Identify business opportunities and maintain healthy relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Logistics & Distribution
- Facilitate and deliver stocks to hospitals, clinics, and partners as required.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers and the warehouse.
4. Financial & Accounts Management
- Manage billing, issue invoices, and oversee collection of accounts receivable.
- Support payroll preparation and expense tracking when required.
- Prepare financial and performance reports for management review.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Foster long-term trust and loyalty with clients through consistent, professional interactions.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and submit routine performance, sales, and administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards.
- Support audits, licensing, and other compliance-related requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administration, sales, or customer service (healthcare/medical industry experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory is an asset.
