Overview
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Compliance Manager in managing internal audits across systems and platforms. Focus on asset management, WHS, environmental and quality systems, and ISO compliance (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO Act as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure audit outputs are received, tracked, and closed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track internal audits (maintenance, WHS, environmental, and quality systems).
- Maintain audit schedules, registers, and documentation.
- Collect and file audit outputs and evidence accurately.
- Liaise with building managers and supervisors to follow up on actions and corrective measures.
- Monitor audit findings, escalate delays or non-compliance, and report risk areas.
- Prepare weekly/monthly compliance reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder liaison and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with compliance tracking systems (Blogix preferred).
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in administrative or compliance support.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001) preferred.
- Experience working with facilities/building teams desirable.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
Other Requirements
- Able to work independently and within a small team.
- Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to attend online meetings occasionally.
