Job description
- Will assist the Payroll Officer in processing timekeeping to payroll data.
- Administer employee benefits (HMO and government-mandated).
- Assist in salary reviews, bonuses, and compensation reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries on pay and benefits.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- With HR experience, preferably in comp & benefits.
- Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll, and government mandated.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City
