JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Staff - Employee Relations will facilitate and manage employee relations on behalf of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prepares Notice to explain and Notice of decision .
- Collaborates with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for investigation process.
- Creates relevant programs and opportunities to make sure that employees are engaged and are productive. This maybe in the form of organizing company-wide events, employee appreciation programs, and other programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITY:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- ·Thorough understanding company policies and labor code of the Philippines
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of dispute resolution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, HRDM or equivalent.
- At least 6months experience handling labor relations.
- Must be willing to work Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm
- Amenable to work at Tandang Sora, Quezon City
- Can start ASAP
