Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your role is critical to ensuring a seamless flow of import/export shipments. You'll be in charge of:

  • Import/Export Airfreight and Seafreight
  • Import and Export Booking
  • Import and Export Registration
  • Understand Booking Exceptions
  • Sending of Booking Confirmation
  • Identifying Routing Details
  • Consol Listing and Registration
  • Shipment Registration
  • Validate Shipping Line & Booking Instructions
  • Chasing Documents
  • Edoc/Uploading of Docs
  • Air and Sea Cargo Automation
  • Creation Underbond Movement
  • Bill of Lading Creation
  • Voyage Details Validation (via webtool)
  • Packing Details Update
  • Brokerage Job registration
  • ISF and AMS in USA
  • Shipment Billing and Posting
  • Landed Costing
  • Email Inbox Management
  • Export Declaration, PRA
  • Vessel Management/Transshipment
  • Sending delivery orders to & arranging truckers
  • Following up to make sure freight is picked up & delivered
  • Billing out invoices to

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for someone who's ready to hit the ground running, with:

3–4 years of experience
 in freight forwarding or logistics (required)

Preferably a
Licensed Customs Broker

Hands-on experience with 
import/export data entry

Graduate of
BS Customs Administration
or related program

Familiarity with 
CargoWise
 (a big advantage)

Typing speed of 45 WPM
 or more, with a strong focus on accuracy

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

High computer literacy and MS Office proficiency

Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal

A proactive mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
