URGENT HIRING: FINANCE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organize and record import/export-related expenses

  2. Coordinate with the tax firm for monthly and annual declarations

  3. Handle client invoicing and supplier payments

  4. Prepare accurate monthly and annual profit reports

  5. Manage annual business license renewals

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is preferred

  2. Strong understanding of financial workflows

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas & functions)

  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
