Sutherland is urgently seeking talented Customer Service Associates to join our team in Clark. This full-time position will provide exceptional customer service and support to personal and business banking clients across various communication channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Connect with small business owners to learn about their goals, timelines, and funding needs.
  2. Present clear, customized loan solutions that highlight the value of partnering with our company.
  3. Review financial details and credit policies to match clients with the right loan options while minimizing risk.
  4. Promote a transparent and efficient lending process that inspires confidence and trust.
  5. Champion diverse entrepreneurs — including women, minority, and low-to-moderate income business owners — by ensuring fair access to financing.
  6. Collect and process qualified loan applications that meet lending standards and support successful closings.
  7. Manage end-to-end application workflows, from document review and data entry to follow-ups and final approvals.
  8. Ensure timely closure of applications while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  9. Deliver responsive, high-quality service that strengthens client relationships and enhances the company's reputation among borrowers, brokers, and partners.

What We're Looking For

  1. With 6 months experience in a BPO setting, specifically in collections
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Familiarity with banking or financial services industry, or the willingness to learn
  5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
