About the Role
Location: Makati, Manila, Paranaque, Pasay (Macapagal), Part of Taguig
Role Type: Full-time
Department: Commercial - Modern Trade
Reporting to: Key Account Manager
As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop individuals/teams through planning, coaching, performance management, and culture-building.
- Supervise consignment stores, ensuring stock availability, timely replenishment, and target achievement.
- Maintain product quality and display standards for optimal sales.
- Manage accounts by engaging in selling and ensuring timely collection of payments.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven client management skills with a focus on trust-building and meeting client needs.
