About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team at XLR8 Courier Services Inc'. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving business growth.
This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with both our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration Management, Entrepreneurship or any related courses.
- Work with VIP clients and can resolve customer complaints.
- Service and customer focused.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to do fieldwork when required.
- Must have a motorcycle (required).
DEPLOYMENT:
- Must be willing to be deployed in Manila.
