Genealogy & Research Analyst (Remote, Full-Time)

Position Overview

We're seeking a Genealogy & Research Analyst to join our global research division. This is a full-time (40+ hours/week) remote position focused on deep genealogical and title-based research for U.S. properties. You'll be responsible for identifying rightful heirs, constructing family trees, verifying documentation, and supporting our acquisition and legal teams as they work to clear and acquire complex titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build accurate family trees for deceased property owners across U.S. counties (focus on Texas, expanding nationally).
• Identify, verify, and document heirs and next of kin using a combination of public records, genealogical databases, obituaries, and social media.
• Perform skip tracing to locate heirs' contact details (phone, address, email) using tools like IDI, TruePeopleSearch, BeenVerified, and
• Conduct title-related research across public databases to verify ownership history, intra-family transfers, and probate status.
• Prepare genealogical reports and heir summaries for the legal team, including verification notes, relationship charts, and supporting links or PDFs.
• Maintain accurate, standardized notes and organize all relevant findings (deceased status, relationships, documentation, and supporting files).
• Collaborate daily with the Research Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure clean handoffs to sales and marketing.

KPIs & Success Metrics

• Accuracy Rate: 95%+ verified relationships and heir documentation.
• Data Integrity: 100% of findings recorded and formatted correctly.
• Quality Feedback: Positive peer and manager audit reviews monthly.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Reports directly to the Research Manager.
• Works cross-functionally with the Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure heir identification leads to actionable acquisitions.

Compensation & Growth

• Bi-weekly salary (50K Pesos to 80K Pesos) with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses(15K t0 60K).
• Clear growth path to Senior Genealogist or Research Manager, based on accuracy, initiative, and leadership.
