Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager (Japanese-Speaking)

Location: Manila

Salary: PHP 60,000 – 100,000

Be UNIQUE Inc. began operations in Manila in 2024 as an IT company and continues to grow rapidly.

We are now seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our expanding team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese and Filipino staff.
  • Assist in coordinating projects with teams in Japan.
  • Prepare and manage business documents, reports, and schedules.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and team efficiency.
  • Support management in decision-making and staff coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Business-level Japanese
  • Business-level Tagalog
  • Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience at a Japanese company
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or assistant manager role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
