Job Description: As a Service Counselor/ Representative at SONJU Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best calibration solutions. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored calibration solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
