About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute our sales strategy within a defined region and across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and delivering outstanding customer value. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a track record of exceeding sales targets and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Manage the entire sales process from strategy and forecasting to closing deals.
- Develop and implement regional and channel-specific sales programs.
- Build, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Travel up to 50% to support business development and relationship management.
