BPO - Operations Manager

- Leading a team to ensure smooth operational processes and meet client expectations.
- Enhancing productivity and managing resources to drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitoring performance metrics and preparing regular operational reports.
- Collaborating with client managers to meet their needs and expectations
- Managing the financials relative to operational cost, billable hours and manpower
- Collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to achieve common goals
Qualifications include:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment.
Proven leadership skills and strong understanding of BPO industry practices. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high service quality standards
Salary will based on the work experience.
Willing to work onsite in BGC
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Php80, Php150,000.00 per month
