Localization Operation Specialist

About the Role

This role ensures our products, campaigns, and user experiences are fully adapted to the Philippine market. You will bridge global strategy with local cultural insight, ensuring that language, tone, features, and promotions are relevant and effective. You will analyze user behavior, refine local operation plans, and optimize communication to improve Filipino user experience across different mobile devices, and drive adoption, engagement, and long-term retention.

What You'll Be Doing

Market Localization

• Conduct deep research on Filipino cultural nuances, user behaviors, spending patterns, and digital habits to ensure all product and campaign content aligns with local expectations and regulations.
• Localize platform text, UX flow, notifications, and promotional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural fit for Filipino users.
• Evaluate competitor strategies and identify localization gaps to continuously refine positioning, branding, and user communication approaches.

Content & Campaign Optimization

• Coordinate with Expat operation and product teams to adapt English and Tagalog content into context-appropriate local versions that resonate with Filipino preferences and trends.
• Plan and execute localized campaigns including seasonal events, social content, product launch messaging, and user-education materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and user feedback to optimize creative direction, messaging tone, and channel effectiveness.

User Insight & Data Optimization

• Analyze user data, funnel performance, retention patterns, and engagement metrics to identify local pain points and propose actionable solutions.
• Collect user feedback through surveys, communities, and customer support to refine localization strategies and improve the user journey.
• Build regular insight reports for leadership to support market strategy decisions and resource allocation.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with product, design, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of localized updates and content.
• Manage communication flows with platform teams, clarifying local requirements and ensuring alignment with Philippine market priorities.
• Support testing of localized features, reviewing translations, UX flows, and user-facing assets to maintain quality and coherence.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Requiment

• Strong understanding of Philippine culture, digital platforms, user habits, and regional language nuances; able to translate cultural insight into operation strategies.
• Proven experience in localization, content operations, marketing operations, or product adaptation roles, ideally within tech, gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with international teams and clearly articulate local needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data dashboards, user behavior metrics, campaign results, and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Filipino/Tagalog fluency required to ensure cultural alignment and accurate localization quality.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving business needs.

Nice-to-Haves Requiment

• Experience working in a global tech, gaming, or app-based environment with multinational coordination.
• Background in copywriting, UX writing, or translation work for user-facing digital platforms.
• Knowledge of content trends in PH digital culture, including TikTok, Facebook, and influencer ecosystems.
• Ability to create light content or assist with creative direction for local campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
