Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and executes trade marketing initiatives—including promotions, merchandising programs, and grassroots activations—specific to Gamefowl and Pet Food categories;
  2. Coordinates with Sales Team, Product Development, and Marketing to support push strategies and ensure alignment with commercial goals;
  3. Plans and oversees roll-out of promotional campaigns, including budget preparation, deployment tracking, and post-activity evaluation;
  4. Ensures effective utilization and proper placement of merchandising materials, tarpaulins, POS materials, and other trade collaterals across key accounts and events;
  5. Tracks, documents, and reports ROI and trade effectiveness of all implemented activities;
  6. Works closely with logistics and sales admin to ensure timely dispatch and liquidation of promo materials and collaterals;
  7. Conducts field audits, dealer and retailer interviews, and trade checks to assess competitiveness, visibility, and customer engagement;
  8. Gathers market intelligence and competitor trade activity reports to support strategic decision-making;
  9. Collaborates with third-party agencies, event partners, and regional field teams for national and area-specific executions;
  10. Supports trade fair and exhibit participation, including booth preparation, materials coordination, and on-ground execution;
  11. Prepares and submits regular updates, progress reports, and post-mortem activity reviews to the Trade Marketing Supervisor;
  12. Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/her superiors.

Qualifications:

Education: College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Agribusiness, or any Business-related course.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in the agri-industry, gamefowl feeds, pet food, or FMCG; experience in trade channel management is a plus.

Special Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Capable of planning and executing trade events and activities
  • Adept in coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to do field work
