Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing department. This role will be instrumental in the successful execution of our marketing initiatives, working closely with the internal marketing team and owner who heads the marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of various marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., digital, in-store, print, social media).
* Own the fulfillment, inventory, and distribution of all marketing collateral, ensuring materials are readily available and up-to-date.
* Maintain and update a comprehensive marketing calendar, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of activities.
* Stay consistently updated on all ongoing and future marketing efforts of our mall partners and other business collaborators. This includes monitoring promotions, events, and relevant industry trends.
* Attend all marketing-related meetings, meticulously taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
* Provide direct administrative and strategic assistance to the owner, who leads the marketing department, including scheduling, research, presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, contributing to insights and optimizations.
* Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a marketing support role, ideally within the retail or F&B industry.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
