We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to help us manage and optimize our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and knows how to turn insights into real results. You'll be responsible for building effective campaigns, tracking performance, and continuously improving ad strategies to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Conduct research on audiences and competitors to improve targeting.
  • Write clear and engaging ad copy that fits brand goals.
  • Work with the design and content teams to create ad visuals and creatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns with successful results.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to read data and make informed campaign adjustments.
  • Experience with Pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and night shift in Cagayan de Oro City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
