About the role

This is a full-time HR position with THOUGHTFOCUS Inc.,PH' based in Baguio City, Benguet. In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources & Recruitment division, specifically the Consulting & Generalist HR team. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and expertise to the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive HR consulting services to internal clients
  2. Advising on and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices
  3. Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and providing tailored solutions
  4. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and learning and development
  5. Delivering HR projects and initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness
  6. Maintaining compliance with employment legislation and internal HR frameworks
  7. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  8. Supporting the development of the HR team through coaching and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consulting or shared services environment
