About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Officer- Recruitment who will lead recruitment initiatives for multiple SM malls across Northern and Central Luzon. The role is based at SM City Baguio and will work closely with mall HR teams and department heads to ensure that each branch is staffed with qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals who embody the SM brand of excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various mall branches within the region
  • Partner with mall HR teams and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for different positions
  • Organize and lead job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and talent sourcing activities
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or multi-site role
  • Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience required
  • Digital- Savvy, with experience in using HRIS
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Willing to work on-site at SM City Baguio and travel to assigned branches as needed
