We're Hiring: HR Manager

We are seeking a results-driven HR Manager to lead our people and culture strategies.

The ideal candidate is skilled in recruitment, benefits and compensation, performance management, and compliance, with the ability to design and track HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training programs
  • Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions
  • Align HR initiatives with overall business objectives through measurable KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to support managers in monitoring productivity and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources management in a small to medium enterprise
  • Proven ability to design and track KPIs
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, benefits, and compensation structures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
