
Customer Care Representative

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer care needs of all clients are resolved swiftly from complaint, collation to response and resolution.
The candidate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining a database showing a detailed service history of each client from collation to resolution.
Managing all complaints with enthusiasm, positivity and a professional attitude regardless of the disposition of the client, ensuring that all concerns are responded to within 24-hours of notification.
Rolling out annual customer care surveys as part of the company's QA/QC Policy, ensuring that all necessary areas for improvement are assessed and addressed internally.
Playing a key-role in the analysis and collation of survey results.
Proper practice and speedy implementation of the company's customer care processes, including scheduling of services calls with our technicians and ensuring requests for repairs, installations, parts replacements are procured accordingly.
To collaborate with the purchasing team for any requests needed for any service call including informing them of any urgent or medium to long-term deadlines for proper time management and coordination.
For billings, to prepare billings/ quotations for client's review in lieu of their concern/ request, with prior approval from one's supervisor or line manager.
For collections, to collaborate with the collection officer in ensuring that all issued invoices are paid and collected.
Ensuring that our current policies and regulations with regards to collections and settlement of balances are complied with.
Keeping each client updated with every development accordingly on the status of their concerns.
To turn over the appropriate concern to the appropriate staff or department when necessary.
To acquire through self-study, research, etc., sufficient enough knowledge of the company's series of products, services and systems to properly entertain all client inquiries
Will perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
Will abide by the company's Code of Conduct/ Ethics at all times.
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years' experience in performing customer service and/or customer care whether through a BPO or other relevant industries.
A graduate of marketing, sales, business administration or the like.
Flexible, a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
Prompt and capable of managing simultaneous tasks daily to meet deadlines.
Willing to learn and experience new skills through different kinds of challenges.
Organized and resourceful. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
