Customer Care Representative – Meal Kit Account

Onsite | Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Night Shift | Full-Time | Permanent

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support
  • Resolve concerns with empathy & problem-solving
  • Help achieve team performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 1+ year BPO experience (international voice account)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to onsite work in QC & night shift
