We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Officer to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. In this role, you will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to grow brand presence, drive product visibility in retail environments, and support our sales team with the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and key account teams to optimize channel-specific campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data, shopper insights, and market trends to refine tactics.
  • Manage budgets and measure ROI of trade marketing activities.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of product launches, trade shows, and retailer engagement programs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in retail environments.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities within trade channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Trade Marketing, ideally in [FMCG / Retail / Consumer etc.].
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and trade marketing software (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
