REPORTS TO:
- Trade Marketing Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a trade marketing plan for existing and new products, including promotions, sampling, and merchandising standards.
  • Oversee implementation of trade marketing campaigns, coordinating with other departments and third parties.
  • Evaluate activity effectiveness and present post-activation reports with recommendations.
  • Ensure approved merchandising planograms/layouts are implemented.
  • Provide feedback on new product launches to brand marketing and management.
  • Collect and disseminate best practices for profitable trade marketing activities.
  • Align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitor research on pricing, in-store activities, and market share.
  • Coordinate with graphic artists and agencies for marketing material design and production.
  • Control and monitor the budget, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 3yrs experience in Merchandising & Promo in FMCG Field
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong Knowledge in key accounts sales process
  • With extensive knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
