  • Assigns sales leads generated by IT to Tele Sales Specialists.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Top Up team; ensuring that it adheres to the policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Actively reach out to assigned to a portion of the monthly sales leads briefing of complete product information, process application, answer questions regarding the loan product, schedule appointment and finally ensure availment.
  • Conduct quality check of the call outs done by the Tele Sales Specialist to ensure efficient offering and processing.
  • Provides required reports by the Channel Sales Lead that may include but not limited to: all account related transactions beginning with leads generation, contact, conversion and booking of loans.
  • Performance Management monitoring for Tele Sales Specialist in terms of performance improvement, recognition and handling of administration and disciplinary actions for the team. This also includes initiation of training plans for Tele Sales Specialists.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for the daily operations of the team.
  • Proactively provide recommendations for efficiency and target achievement.
  • Coordinates with the other Divisions/ Departments regarding concerns related to job functions.
  • May be asked to perform special tasks as instructed by Department Head or Management.
  • Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's/College degree of any course.
  • With encoding experience in Excel for bank/financing/ Sales/ Tele Sales/ Direct or Indirect Marketing backgrounds.
