We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we are looking for a Collections Team Lead (Supervisory/ Officer) to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze accounts receivable information to determine priority.
  • Collect outstanding accounts receivables through assertive but polite direct telephone contact with customers.
  • Reconcile transactions and accounts.
  • Resolve customers' billing enquiries or issues from all channels and ensure proper follow-up to the final resolution within the stipulated time frame.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
  • You will coach a team of collection assistants by setting service standards and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and endorse the Cartrack brand continually

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin/ Finance courses or any related course
  • Efficient with good skills on implementing standard procedures
  • With minimum of 3 to 5 years of team lead experience in Collections / AR/ Finance / Account receivable or equivalent
  • Can work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
  • Can start ASAP
