About the role

Excello Restaurant Management Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent to support the expansion of our restaurant portfolio across the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to managerial positions
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job board postings, and other sourcing methods
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  5. Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, such as organising interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters
  6. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment activity and metrics
  7. Continuously research industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's recruitment strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative recruitment solutions
  4. Proficient in using recruitment-related software and applicant tracking systems
  5. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition
