Training and Development Manager
to lead our 
Learning and Development
 and 
Engagement Programs.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that strengthen member capability, engagement, and alignment with Cooperative's purpose, principles, and norms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Training Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening the Cooperative's learning culture and engagement strategy by:

  • Developing and implementing training and development frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Designing and facilitating learning sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
  • Assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives that build belongingness and enhance member experience.
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop solutions that support performance and growth.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and partnerships for training and engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement (at least 3–5 years in a similar role).
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in program implementation and evaluation.
  • Creative, empathetic, and passionate about people development and Cooperative values.
