Training Assistant

- Creates and implements comprehensive training programs, including content development, facilitation, and evaluation
- Creates and develops effective training curriculum
- Delivers engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse employee groups
- Collaborates with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities
- Develops and maintains training materials, resources, and documentation
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness
- Contributes to the overall talent development strategy and initiatives within the organization
- Conducts effective orientation programs for all incoming employees
- Identify and assess future and current learning and development needs of employees
Job Qualifications:
- With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Has proven track record of successfully implementing and evaluating training initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people handling and management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
- Willing to conduct store operations visits
- Full-time on-site with work location in Pasig City
