  • Delivers engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse employee groups
  • Collaborates with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities
  • Develops and maintains training materials, resources, and documentation
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness
  • Contributes to the overall talent development strategy and initiatives within the organization
  • Conducts effective orientation programs for all incoming employees
  • Identify and assess future and current learning and development needs of employees

Job Qualifications:

  • With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Has proven track record of successfully implementing and evaluating training initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people handling and management skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
  • Willing to conduct store operations visits
  • Full-time on-site with work location in Pasig City
