About the role
LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Metro Manila and play a crucial role in driving new business development for our company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our steel manufacturing business.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing, and managing new clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Familiarity with the steel manufacturing industry and its competitive landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
