Amazon FBA Specialist- Product Sourcing

Position Title: Amazon FBA Specialist – Product Sourcing & Profitability
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 60,000
Schedule: 7:00am – 3:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm PH time

The Amazon FBA Specialist will own the sourcing-to-profit workflow — from identifying high-margin products to coordinating shipments into Amazon FBA warehouses. This role requires expertise in Amazon Seller Central, product research, cost analysis, supplier coordination, and inventory management. The Specialist ensures inventory health, IPI compliance, and maximum ROI through accurate forecasting and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Profitability

• Research, identify, and evaluate profitable products across retail, wholesale, and online channels.

• Calculate true landed costs (product, shipping, duties, FBA fees) and determine projected ROI and margins.

• Track SKU performance and continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.

• Coordinate with 3PLs and prep centers to ensure fast turnover and smooth delivery.

• Oversee shipments and ensure all items arrive on time and in compliance with FBA requirements.
Amazon FBA Operations

• Manage full Seller Central workflows including:
o FBA shipments
o IPI and restock limits
o Reimbursements
o Storage fees
o Shipment creation and troubleshooting

• Maintain strong inventory health and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and manage forecasting, replenishment, and profit models in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations based on data insights.

• Maintain accurate documentation across sourcing, logistics, and FBA processes.
Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing, shipping, and profit-analysis workflows.

• Implement best practices and support the continuous improvement of operational systems.
Required Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Amazon FBA experience, including shipments, restock limits, reimbursements, and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience researching, sourcing, and launching profitable SKUs.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas, profit dashboards).

• Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (end-to-end workflows).

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (strong advantage).

• Excellent English communication skills (supplier negotiation + reporting).
