We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Property Administrator to be deployed in Lipa City, Batangas, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of real properties. These properties may include residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will ensure that properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Property Operations & Oversight

  • Oversee the daily management and upkeep of assigned properties within Lipa City.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance work, and service providers.
  • Ensure all common areas and facilities are in optimal condition.

Tenant & Occupant Relations

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for tenants and occupants.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage lease agreements including documentation, renewals, and terminations.
  • Monitor rent collection and follow up on any payment concerns.

Administrative & Financial Tasks

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease contracts, payments, maintenance logs, and service agreements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on property status, occupancy, expenses, and incidents.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for property-related expenses.
  • Process permits, taxes, and other regulatory documents as required.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards in Lipa City.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure proper documentation for all legal and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property administration or real estate management.
  • Familiarity with property operations, maintenance coordination, and local government requirements in Batangas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple properties or tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Lipa City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
