Job Description

  • Assist property managers with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate tenant maintenance and repair requests
  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Assist in preparing and processing lease agreements and rental applications
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address issues immediately
  • Manage communication between property owners, tenants, and vendors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation
  • Organize and maintain property management files and records
  • Provide excellent customer service and help resolve tenant concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business-related course
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Background or knowledge in Real Estate processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with good written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
